The Role
We are after a highly experienced Contract Financial Accountant for this newly created "membership" organisation with a national presence, to assist the Establishment CFO in the financial (and some management) accounting areas. This is an urgent-to-fill role so availability needs to be either immediate or availability within the next 2 weeks.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be assisting with setting up the financial accounts and systems that link with all member organisations, so experience in systems and the intricacies of a variety of different ones, is an imperative. Some management reporting is necessary, however more of the focus will be on the financial accounting side. They use Xero, so experience with Xero would be useful.
What You’ll Need

Be a qualified Accountant

Experience with Xero or a very quick learner!

Strong Excel skills

Ideally some SQL reporting experience

Good with processes

Experience with Govt funding
-
Preferably have some experience in Not-for-Profit, health, or community service
