About the Role
With a long-standing market presence and a nationally recognised brand, this organisation is a leader in logistics services across New Zealand.
We are seeking two high-performing, proven Sales Representatives with recent sales experience to support multiple critical projects within the business.
This is a fast-paced, field-based role where success is measured by your ability to engage, influence, and close.
You will be working with an existing customer base to transition them onto new and improved service agreements, while also identifying and converting new business opportunities within your territory.
You will be equipped with:
- Structured onboarding and product training
- Proven sales scripts and engagement approach
- Target customer lists and defined territories
- Full tools of trade to enable success
- Excellent sales support from the National Sales Manager
What You will Be Doing - once trained
- Executing a structured transition of existing customer contracts onto improved commercial terms
- Identifying and converting targeted new business opportunities within your territory
- Visiting customers face-to-face across assigned regions
- Clearly articulating pricing, service enhancements, and value proposition
- Running structured, confident sales conversations
- Handling objections and closing agreements on the spot
- Managing contract documentation through to completion
- Planning and optimising your territory to maximise coverage, pace, and results
What We Are Looking For
- Proven success in field sales / face-to-face B2B sales in NZ
- A true "hunter-closer" mindset with the ability to convert at pace
- Strong ability to balance high-volume activity with quality outcomes
- Highly organised with effective territory and time management skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously
- Experience selling services, contracts, or solutions (advantageous)
- Full, clean driver's licence and willingness to travel (including overnight if required)
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional approach
- Ability to provide two NZ-based manager references
