Background
This medium size national organisation needs an experienced Project Manager to join an established project team working across some interesting and complex healthcare projects.
The Opportunity
The role has arisen due to an internal promotion and reports to the Portfolio Manager, with accountability for the delivery of some operationally focused technical (non IT) projects. This involves overseeing complex projects with significant cross-functional and national impact and the ability to initiate, plan and manage multi-disciplinary projects and the development of strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships within a dynamic organisational change environment.
Experience Sought
Ideally you will have a minimum of five years’ experience leading complex technical projects in the health, pharmaceutical, or related regulated or GMP environments where there is no compromise to quality and safety. Relevant tertiary qualifications and project management qualifications such as PMP/Prince2 are preferred, as is experience supporting and facilitating change.
Success in this role will be underpinned by your ability to confidently lead with a collaborative, engaging and influencing style together with strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills, the ability to work cross-functionally at all levels and the ‘can do’ attitude to drive projects and make things happen within a dynamic environment.
